全自動平面一拖一高速口罩生產(chǎn)線是由秦泰盛自主研發(fā)的全自動高速平面耳帶口罩生產(chǎn)線，包括自動送料、自動輸送、切斷鼻梁條、口罩邊緣焊接、折疊、超聲波熔合、成型、切斷、耳帶焊接、自動出料等全程自動化，完成從卷料原材料到口罩成品的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程。

生產(chǎn)對象為**口罩主要由三層無紡布組成，外層是做了防水處理的無紡布，主要用于隔絕患者噴出的液體，中間的過濾層用的是經(jīng)過駐極處理的聚丙烯熔噴無紡布；
