沂水澤林木業(yè)有限公司成立于2013年3月，注冊(cè)資金200萬元，是現(xiàn)代板材業(yè)中集產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造、銷售服務(wù)為一體的企業(yè)，位于沂水縣板材基地高橋鎮(zhèn)工業(yè)高新開發(fā)區(qū)。西臨227省道，南臨柳林路，交通便利。
公司占地23畝，廠房近8000平方米，職工宿舍及檢測(cè)中心1500平方米，并取得了國有土地使用證和房產(chǎn)證。生產(chǎn)的單板層積材（LVL）是替代實(shí)木的新型產(chǎn)品，響應(yīng)國家綠色節(jié)能，循環(huán)利用的號(hào)召。采用日本的技術(shù)，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格廣泛，厚度10-500mm,寬度30-1220mm，長度可達(dá)6.3米，四條膠合板生產(chǎn)線及配套設(shè)備，4臺(tái)大涂膠機(jī)、6臺(tái)預(yù)壓機(jī)、4臺(tái)熱壓機(jī)、砂光機(jī)、拋光機(jī)、自動(dòng)鋸等設(shè)備。于2014年2月份投產(chǎn)運(yùn)營。

Total land 15,300 square meters, which is 165,000 sqft. The workshop takes little bit more than half of its land, and the lab building is 1,500 square meters, both of which has got the state-owned land usage permit and the property ownership certificate. Zelin Wood has 4 production lines, which consists of 4 eight-foot gluer, 6 cold press, 4 hot press, calibrator, sander and automatic saw etc. Zelin Woo**rted to produce plywood ever since February 2014.
Zelin position itself in the environmentally friendly and high-endfurniture plywood industry. Monthly production capacity is 2000 Cubic Meters, which makes the yearly sales to 50 million RMB. The main market for Zelin is the export business which is Europe, USA and Israel.
Zelin has a complete quality management system and a stable employee team. The workers on key positions are all skilled workers with years of experience and service in Zelin, which has proved to be one of the major contribution to the stability of the product quality. Zelin also has established the Zaosen (its brand) Plywood Industry Service Center, which ensures the raw material supply chain are healthy and qualified, also handles test for the formaldehyde emissions, the panel strength and the panel moisture, so to ensure the plywood quality that sales to outside China. Zelin plywood has been awarded by overseas buyers as qualified product.
Zelin has its export certificates, and has been awarded by the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau as the Level-One export factories in Linyi City. Zelin also have CARB and FSC certificate.
